RVK Poetics: Ocean Vuong & Friends will be held on Wednesday, 14th October 2026, at Mengi (Óðinsgata 2, 101 Reykjavík), an intimate performance venue in the heart of Iceland’s capital.  The evening is curated by Ocean Vuong.

Doors open at 19:30, with readings and performances beginning promptly at 20:00.  Attendance is free and open to the public, and complementary refreshments are provided.  A brief intermission will be held partway through the event.

As seating is extremely limited, we encourage listeners to arrive early.  The event will be hosted in English, but readings and performances may take place in multiple languages.

Because we expect a large crowd, we are asking people to register to attend: https://forms.gle/tYUA3o2QFG41rMZs8
